Foreclosure Practice

We address all aspects of matters for our clients beyond the foreclosure process and defend our clients when a borrower brings affirmative claims under various state and/or federal statutes. We are always able to handle the representation beyond the initial trial court level through the appellate process.
Bankruptcy Practice
In addition to handling state and federal matters for our clients, we also provide a full range of bankruptcy representation. We assist secured creditors in determining and protecting their rights in all phases of a bankruptcy case, including filing proof of claims, objections to confirmation, motions for relief, bankruptcy litigation, non-dischargeability issues and adversaries.
Real Estate Matters
We represent buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties including preparing and reviewing agreements of sale, preparing leases and litigating real estate matters. With the assistance of our title company, Terra Abstract, our firm members are able to guide our clients through the process of determining the title history of the property in order for our clients to obtain clear and marketable title.
Estate Planning and Administration Matters
We prepare wills, analyze tax matters, prepare trusts and handle all aspects of estate administration. Every estate planning client needs the personalized experienced service we provide to make informed decisions on the best way to plan their estates.
