Welcome
to Stern and Eisenberg LLP (formerly Stern and Stercho). We are a unique firm with
over 25 years of experience providing reliable and reputable service to our clients.
Our practice is located in suburban Philadelphia with an emphasis on real estate,
creditors' rights, estate planning and business matters including litigating all issues
for our clients. 
The principals of the firm own Terra Abstract, Inc., a title insurance agency, which
provides a full range of title and settlement services. Terra handles many real
estate matters including loan closings for purchases and refinancings, title insurance and
real estate settlements. Terra also assists and facilitates the sale of real estate
owned properties for mortgage companies and lenders. The principals of the firm are Richard F. Stern and Steven K. Eisenberg, MBA. Richard F. Stern and Steven K. Eisenberg are graduates of Cornell University. Richard F. Stern graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Steven K. Eisenberg graduated from the Temple University School of Law and Temple University Business School. We are privileged to have a wonderful, dedicated staff.
