ABOUT JACQUELINE F. MCNALLY, ESQ.
Jacqueline F. McNally, Esq. is the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for Stern & Eisenberg (S&E). As CCO, Jackie sits on the firm’s Executive Committee and oversees nearly 50 attorneys across ten states and the District of Columbia. Jackie has been an attorney with Stern & Eisenberg since 2012 and has over a decade of experience in the creditors rights' industry. In her legal career, Jackie has served as an associate attorney; Managing Attorney for Stern & Eisenberg; and concurrent to her CCO role, Jackie serves as President of Stern & Eisenberg Southern, a majority women-owned law firm operating in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Jackie has played an integral role in the growth of Stern & Eisenberg, helping shape the firm’s practices, geographic footprint, operations, technology, marketing, and compliance in her decade of service to S&E.
Jackie is a graduate of Dickinson College where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in English with minors in French and Religion (2002). Jackie earned her J.D. at Penn State Dickinson where she was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in White Collar Crime, served as an IOLTA Fellow, and earned a Public Interest Advocate Certification from the Miller Institute (2005). Jackie is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. McNally is based out of the firm's National Headquarters in Warrington, PA.
Jackie is an active participant in the American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN); Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA); and REOMAC. In 2015, Jackie was a recipient of the ALFN's JPEG: Picture the Future award for out-standing young professionals in the mortgage default industry. Jackie is a nationally recognized expert in all aspects of creditors rights' legal practices including bankruptcy, legislative and regulatory compliance, foreclosure, evictions, real estate-owned disposition, title, and title curative issues. Jackie regularly speaks at local, regional, and national industry events and writes for publications educating mortgage servicers and investors. Recent publications include her 2014 National Business Institute workshop Real Estate Foreclosure: A Step-by-Step Workshop and the May 2017 DSNews Counsel’s Corner feature Regulatory Compliance in Today’s Technology-Innundated Mortgage Industry.
