Our practice focuses on the following: 

Real Estate Matters
We represent buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties in preparing and reviewing agreements of sale, preparing leases and litigating real estate matters. 

Estate Matters
We prepare wills, analyze tax matters, prepare trusts and handle all aspects of estate administration. 

Business Matters
We form corporations and partnerships, prepare buy-sell agreements and assist our clients in all aspects of their business matters, including litigating matters for them. 

Loan Documents
We prepare loan documents and handle closings for various lenders ranging from business loans to consumer residential re-financings and litigate cases involving Truth-in-Lending issues. 

Foreclosure Practice
We have a sophisticated national client base for which we have handled thousands of mortgage foreclosure cases along with bankruptcy and eviction proceedings.  We handle settlements in other locations as well. Our down to earth values provide excellent service through every step of the closing process. We pro-actively address all title and other issues specific to each closing. Because the principals of Terra are attorneys who practice real estate law, Terra is able to make sure that all issues are fully considered. 

Bankruptcy Practice
In addition to handling State and Federal matters for our clients, we also provide a full range of bankruptcy representation for our clients.  We assist secured creditors in determining and protecting their rights in all phases of a bankruptcy case, including adversary proceedings.
