MANAGING ATTORNEY - VIRGINIA
AT STERN & EISENBERG
Amy Czekala, Esq. is the Managing Attorney for Stern & Eisenberg's Virginia Operations.
ABOUT AMY CZEKALA , ESQ.
Amy has over 10 years of experience and is licensed to practice in the states of
Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She has extensive background
in Default Servicing and Real Estate law. She has been published in Legal
League Quarterly, a speaker and panelist at the Five Star Conference, and
taught a CLE course for the National Business Institute.
When she works with clients, Amy’s highest regard is to ensure their interests are
protected and has a sense for knowing what really matters in a case - from all
sides - due to her experience prior with the State’s Attorney’s Offices of Virginia
and Connecticut. Amy’s approach to legal situations is tactical and strategic,
gathering all the facts to help make determinations to proceed, while keeping an
eye on deadlines for filing on behalf of her clients.
“The more information the client has the better they can make decisions on how
to proceed with what ever the issue is.”
Amy knew early in college that she wanted to be an attorney after a few political
science and constitutional law classes. She earned a double degree from
Merrimack College in History and Political Science and went on to complete law
school at Quinnipiac University School of Law.
Married for 12 years, Amy is passionate about her family. She has four children,
including a set of twins, and stays busy balancing their schedule when she isn’t
at S&E. Originally from Oregon, she is now a huge Boston Red Sox fan after
living in the New England area for ten years. She loves to snow ski, bike, and
play catch with her two oldest kids, and hide and seek with the twins.
