ABOUT ZACHARY H. CHAMPION, ESQ.
Prior to joining Stern & Eisenberg, Zach worked for another nationally recognized firm, where he managed approximately 600 active bankruptcies under Chapters 7 and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. In this capacity, he handled all bankruptcy-related matters, including defending creditors in adversarial proceedings. He has extensive experience building positive relationships with corporate clients and effectively utilizing client systems. In addition, Zach worked as an Attorney-Advisor for the federal government, where he advised judges on regulatory, evidentiary, and policy matters, and drafted opinions for adjudication under Title II and Title XVI of the Social Security Act. Zach graduated from The University of Alabama and The University of Alabama School of Law, respectively. In law school, he was an editor on the Journal of Legal Profession, which is a grade-on journal for the top 25% of first-year students. He also participated in the Civil Law Clinic, worked part-time for a local firm, and clerked for a Presiding Circuit Court Judge and the Alabama Attorney General’s Office.
